Recommend Some Rainy Scenes

Hi guys, very new to the world of anime and the like, but I'm already hooked. I was wondering if the more knowledgeable of you could tell me if there any movies or shows that feature lots of rainy scenes? I simply adore watching scenes in animation of rain scenes. The sound and sight of Japanese mountain villages during a rain storm is like a tranquilizer to me. Everything seems right with the world when I'm watching the rain pour down. I love the sights of Japanese mountain villages, so the combination is better than therapy.:)

I must watch this vid several times a week to relax me and calm me enough to sleep.

Anyway, back to the original topic. Are there any movies or shows that would see me happy and get lost in the blissful world of rainstorms and rainy days in Japan? Many thanks if you are able to offer any assistance.


*I collect rainy day vids and have a collection of over 50GB. I watch/listen to them at bedtime, well, anytime really.:redface:

I would very strongly recommend that you watch "Kotonoha no niwa" or "Garden of Words". The movie is basically centered around rainy days in a park, and it is extremely beautiful: some of the most beautiful animation I have seen in ages.

Kotonoha no niwa, whole film is based around rain (and it is beautifully rendered as well)
