Amae Haha Nozomi by Overdose is my personal pick as the best Eroge in this specific Genre. Its a full priced game so there's over 80 Base CGs.
In terms of quality, no other mom VNs comes even remotely close IMO. I would be happy if I was proven wrong though lol

If you mean games with biological mother heroines there's a few:

- 人妻コスプレ喫茶２ - This one has the most serious take on the premise that I've seen, and takes the idea the furthest. It's not just a quick fling and then the story ends, they go way past that here. Unfortunately you need to finish every other route in order to unlock the mom's one, but it's pretty great.
- 毎日しゃぶっていいですか？～１部屋-魔乳家族～ - Hot yakuza(?) mom and 5 sisters living with you in a small one-room apartment. It's really hot.
- しすたー・すきーむ３ - Rather short route with few CG but they're good.


There's a couple more with some mini throwaway scenes but they're so short it's not very worth it. There's more mom games out there but they all involve a rapist protagonist or other more hardcore themes I'm not into. So far these 3 and the Musumama games are the cream of the crop, as far as I know.

Second i quote for the Amae Haha Nozomi! I play it some mount ago and the game... is really awesome! I really like it! The only problem is XD there is to much choice and is really hard to see all the CG XD
Anyway i hope to find more game like this two. I really like this mother/son game. Also the pregnancy scene are awesome. Truly very love XD
Unfortunately, there are always few games with this kind of stories, CG and character. I like the game where is only one mother and only one son. Plus pregnancy scene are the cheery on the cake!
