I would like to know if this game has an english patch for PSP.
I have play Danganronpa: Trigger Happiness Havoc and I really like it. So I really want to play the second one.

Unfortunately there's no English patch for Danganronpa 2 on the PSP. However, if you don't have a PS Vita, you can get the English version of Danganronpa 2 when it comes out on Steam on April 18, for 29.99 USD. You can also pre-order it now for a 20% discount and a bonus mini-OST.
