I have a link, though it's a from a DL server I can't download because it's premium. I'll leave it here for you and I'll beg, if possible, you make a torrent or better server downloads for the rest of us. ^^. FYI, the link was created before the release date. There is also another different link (also Rapidgator, also before the release date).

There is a probability (high I believe) that the two links are fakes, not 100% tho since I never managed to finish the downloads of both using leechers (which worked most of the time).

I confirm that the link is a FAKE, the file inside is another game named "メルトピア" from Side-B.

I'm so sorry. It was the only one I found, so I assume it was "real". Seems that we'll wait forever or we just won't be able to play it for a looooong time
