This is just an addon for the game which is already uploaded everywhere but none of them includes the futa patch which is sold separately from the main game
and it also makes the mc fully voiced.
it's a real shame they decided to not include this in the full game, maybe they thought their game won't sell if it has a futa tag since futa games are super niche nowadays

Quite late, but I can guide you. Please download the trial version from the official website. Extract it and copy the 'extend.pac' file into the game's original folder.
