It’s time to head into the next update of the Red Section Series as this one will be focused on the Tama Dragonworks. If you don’t know about that group, I’m gonna tell you about them right now, so that you will remember them for sure!:D The Tama Dragonworks is a group that is based in Tamagawa and one of the groups that joined the Rainbow Angels, the extended group of the Family of Angels. It is led by Mitsuhisa Katō, a first year middle school student from the Tamagawa Middle School, and their interests are making handcrafts, contributing for their school’s student council and like to eat pork dishes with teriyaki. In this update, Mitsuhisa had invited his close friends to his home to organize a meeting where they will discuss about their plans to execute since his group had now been allowed to partner with his close friends as part of being a member of the Rainbow Angels. So, if you’re ready to see those, then I give you the 24th side chapter of the Red Section Series with the title, “Hanging Out with the Tama Dragonworks”! Enjoy reading the 24th side chapter of the Red Section Series!:)
Date: May 9, 2010 (Sunday)
This side chapter is focused on the Tama Dragonworks as they’re meeting with the close friends of Mitsuhisa Katō at the house of Mitsuhisa to address their plans on what to do next since they’re now part of the Rainbow Angels.
At the Katō Residence, Mitsuhisa Katō had invited his close friends to stay at his home with his fellow groupmates from the Tama Dragonworks as they’re going to organize a meeting at the living room. The close friends of Mitsuhisa Katō are composed of Yūtarō Mizuguchi, Mieko Sugaya, Nobumasa Kanazawa, Nobuko Yasuda and Eiji Asagi. Those five friends of Mitsuhisa were all students from the Tamagawa Middle School.
Tama Dragonworks: Mitsuhisa Katō, Rina Takeshima, Nozomi Wakasa, Kōki Nishino, Shōta Wakino, Akira Nakaido, Miwako Takamoto, Ikumi Hatoyama, Yuka Sugisaki, Noriyo Ōno, Kaguya Nakase, Rintarō Kurokawa, Mitsuhisa Fujita and Akihiro Yokohama
“Now, since we’re all gathered today for a meeting, I want to let you know that my group, the Tama Dragonworks, is now part of a large group of friends and allies of Tomoka Minato known as the Rainbow Angels. Isn’t that great, everyone?” said Mitsuhisa Katō, the leader of the Tama Dragonworks.
“Yeah!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“I’m so glad that you’re now part of that network of groups that will partner with Tomoka’s friends!” said Yūtarō Mizuguchi, a second year middle school student from the Tamagawa Middle School and a close friend of Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah! We all know about Tomoka, who was part of the Keishin Academy Elementary School girl’ basketball team last year, and of course, it’s going to be awesome that you’re going to support her career” said Mieko Sugaya, a second year middle school student from the Tamagawa Middle School and a close friend of Mitsuhisa.
“I like that news, Mitsuhisa! It seems that you’re ready to make her proud!” said Nobumasa Kanazawa, a first year middle school student from the Tamagawa Middle School and a close friend of Mitsuhisa.
“Tomoka had been friendly to everyone on her side ever since she was a little girl who wishes to play basketball and I know that she wanted to shine with her moves to make sure that she’ll be always the dearest for her team” said Nobuko Yasuda, a first year middle school student from the Tamagawa Middle School and a close friend of Mitsuhisa.
“I hope that you’ll be able to make your group get involved in helping her and her friends to motivate. My older brother Hikoichi said to me about trying to cheer up your friends if they want to create their future” said Eiji Asagi, a second year middle school student from the Tamagawa Middle School and a close friend of Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah, I agree. I mean, Tomoka was not the only person who I believe that she’ll be the dearest, but her teammates too! I met them when our group had attended the Fuchsia and Celadon Week” said Mitsuhisa.
“It was a special celebration to kick off a new era for Tomoka and her friends after they have created their group known as the Bravehearts of Ōta” said Rina Takeshima.
“That group had been led by one of the young prospects in Subaru Hasegawa, who was famously known for coaching Tomoka’s team last year” said Nozomi Wakasa.
“Seriously? You think that this guy had coached someone’s team from the lower level?” asked Yūtarō.
“Yep! His basketball program from his school got suspended last year. You hear the news?” said Mitsuhisa.
“Ah, yeah, we heard about that” said Yūtarō.
“Yeah, me too” said Mieko and Nobumasa while Nobuko and Eiji nod their heads to agree with what Mitsuhisa said.
“That’s when the deputy manager got accused of assaulting the daughter of the athletic director” said Yūtarō.
“What a shame that he was making a mistake to ruin the reputation of a basketball program” said Mieko.
“It’s a disgrace, I tell you!” said Nobumasa.
“Yeah, we agree” said Mitsuhisa while the other members of the Tama Dragonworks have shaken their heads in disagreement. “As a result, Subaru had to coach Tomoka’s team for a year until the suspension of his school’s basketball program had been lifted, which they did.”
“Now that they’re ready to compete for the Interhigh prefectural tournament, this would be their chance to redeem themselves, but of course, you never expect to see Subaru coming out to show his moves” said Rina.
“He’s literally the best in both shooting and playmaking” said Nozomi.
“And he also got the hustle to make his team shine!” said Kōki Nishino.
“Yeah, we all know that!” said Yūtarō.
“That’s when we watched his games two years ago when they’re competing for the middle school prefectural tournament” said Mieko.
“Subaru had been a lucky guy to make the shots going in because of his good luck charm, which is his wristband” said Nobumasa.
“A wristband symbolizes his love on playing basketball and he will never back his team down for sure” said Nobuko.
“That way, he’ll get his way to shine like he had to in the past” said Eiji.
“Of course, he was! So, not only we’re going to cheer for Tomoka, but we’re going to cheer for Subaru to make sure that he’s going to rally for victory. Right, guys?” said Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“So, now, we’re going to start this meeting about what to do next for all of us” said Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah!” said the members of the Tama Dragonworks and the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“In case you didn’t know, we’re now part of the Rainbow Angels, an extended group to represent the circle of friends of Tomoka” said Mitsuhisa.
“What’s an extended group?” asked Yūtarō.
“It’s a group that composed of friends and allies that represented for one’s group. This practice was started in Fukuoka when the Bravehearts of Fukuoka began to expand their organization by allowing their friends and allies that are coming from their hometown in Higashi, Fukuoka to partner with them. Currently, a lot of braveheart groups in mostly central Japan and Tokyo Metropolis are expected to have that as well” said Mitsuhisa.
“This phenomenon became more popular to bring more support on the leaders of different braveheart groups, so that they’ll be able to make the difference by giving them a smile that they want” said Rina.
“What’s more important for this is that they have organized bigger activities for them to participate and this helps them getting more support on the braveheart groups to make sure that they’re going to lead their way to the future” said Nozomi.
“The Bravehearts of Ōta had just already formed more than one extended group, which they are considered the quickest to form” said Kōki.
“It’s expected that the extended groups in Tokyo Metropolis may be increased before the beginning of the Interhigh prefectural tournaments, which it may gonna happen at some time” said Shōta Wakino.
“Ah, I see that point now, guys. I would believe that the extended groups have been developed in making the community getting more attention to bless them” said Yūtarō.
“I would be gratified if they’re going to keep blessing their community because they want to be more ready to create their future” said Mieko.
“Like they’re campaigning for a better change” said Nobumasa.
“This kind of phenomenon becomes a movement to make the statement in trying to bless the community and I say that they’re going to have high hopes to make their dreams come true” said Nobuko.
“I’m sure that it’s going to revolutionize everything because not only everyone will be able to help with each other, but they’re going to bring blessings to different places. So, they’ll let them know their name without hesitation” said Eiji.
“Yes, it is, Eiji. That’s how the braveheart groups do to make their community getting ready to see the future” said Mitsuhisa.
“Hopefully, everyone is ready to witness the leaders of the braveheart groups to step up and do whatever it takes to bless their community” said Rina.
“Yeah!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“With that said, the Tama Dragonworks are not yet starting their plans on whether to start blessing Tomoka and her friends either early or late, but we have some plans to bring our community ready to know our name” said Nozomi.
“That’s why our leader Mitsuhisa wants to invite his close friends to get involved in supporting the Rainbow Angels by participating at the activities that the Rainbow Angels will be organizing soon” said Kōki.
“That’s right, Kōki! I have a few plans to propose, but it’s not yet final yet because we can’t organize it early as it may be too soon to do it” said Mitsuhisa.
“So, all we have to do right now is to get involved in trying to find more former members of the Dragons of Ōta” said Rina.
“You know that group, right?” asked Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“It’s a group that once dominating Ōta until their dissolution last year due to the incident between the deputy manager of the Nashiba High School boys’ basketball team and the daughter of the athletic director of the same school” said Shōta.
“However, rumors have circulated that that Dragons of Ōta will come back from the ashes as their former members started to reunite with each other before the Bravehearts of Ōta and their allies started the search to find the former members of the Dragons of Ōta” said Akira Nakaido.
“This would later evolve into a revolution as an effort to convince Noboru Takeuchi in bringing back that group” said Miwako Takamoto.
“As of now, there’s no large group that dominates Ōta by any means” said Ikumi Hatoyama.
“Not even the Ōta League because a lot of new names have taken over the league and it is expected to continue with the rise of the braveheart groups may gonna get some serious competition this year” said Yuka Sugisaki.
“Well, I say that this may be gone for the group that the pioneers built, but it’s nice that the mementos are still there to remember” said Yūtarō.
“Hopefully, when that group revives, everything will be the same, but it’s going to limimt down to only the ones that are still loyal to their dear leader” said Mieko.
“Yeah, Mieko. There are some rumors that Noboru’s friends may end up staying as the sole group to run the reincarnated version of the Dragons of Ōta, but Noboru hasn’t said anything about that yet” said Mitsuhisa.
“However, his younger siblings have their plans to set up their own circle of friends to represent with their own name, thus there might be a possible re-organization of the Dragons of Ōta if you know what I mean” said Rina.
“I think that the Dragons of Ōta will now be composed of only Noboru’s friends and allies because some of the original pioneers have spun off from that group” said Nobumasa.
“That’s true, Nobumasa. The Dragons of Ōta have been broken off into different set of successors after their dissolution, but one thing that it’s shocking is that Subaru had decided to form his own braveheart group, the Bravehearts of Ōta because he wants to represent with his own” said Nozomi.
“Subaru’s friends believe that he’s going to shine with his own way to bless Ōta and so, they follow suit to follow him including Tomoka and her teammates in the Keishin Academy Elementary School girls’ basketball team” said Kōki.
“That’s nice for Subaru, guys. I mean, Subaru said that he’s going to build his own organization after the dissolution of the Dragons of Ōta, which he was able to do so after he finally had his new bonds of friendship with Tomoka and her friends” said Nobuko.
“Yeah, we agree!” said Mitsuhisa, Rina, Nozomi, Kōki and Shōta while the other members of the Tama Dragonworks have also agreed with what Nobuko said by nodding their heads in agreement.
“So, guys, how will you plan on finding the former members of the Dragons of Ōta?” asked Eiji.
“That’s what we’re going to discuss this right now, Eiji. As far as concerned right now, the search is currently reaching above the one-third of the former members being found, which is because the Bravehearts of Ōta have currently made a co-habitation with the Bravehearts of Fukuoka in trying to find more former members of the Dragons of Ōta” said Mitsuhisa.
“Which is still ongoing and it’s still 3 in the afternoon, which they have to get it done by an hour before the Bravehearts of Fukuoka will be departing back to Fukuoka later” said Rina.
“Wait a second. Who told you that?” said Yūtarō.
“Tomoka had just texted us about the current report of the search a minutes ago. She’s on her way to go to the Tamagawadai Park to find the former members of the Dragons of Ōta” said Mitsuhisa.
“They have just found the former members of the Dragons of Ōta somewhere in the Suzuran Shopping Street” said Rina.
“Hey, that’s where a lot of people go there to buy their valuable items or eat their dishes in some restaurants” said Yūtarō.
“Yes, it was. They have just stopped by to meet with the former members of the Dragons of Ōta and now, they’re on their way to find another set of former members in the Tamagawadai Park” said Rina.
“Unlike the other peaceful places in southern Tokyo, the Tamagawadai Park is very busy with everyone visiting that place to relax and enjoy” said Nozomi.
“Well, good for her and her friends! I hope that they’ll find more to make sure that they’ll add them to their list” said Yūtarō.
“It may not be easy to find them all because there are a lot of them” said Mieko.
“Yeah, we agree!” said Mitsuhisa, Rina and Nozomi.
“Now, if they want to convince them to support the revival of the Dragons of Ōta, then so do we!” said Mitsuhisa.
“Our plan is to find more former members of the Dragons of Ōta that we haven’t seen them yet. The numbers are counting every day and so, we have to track on those that aren’t found in the list before reporting it to Tomoka that we have found them” said Rina.
“We’ll make sure that we’ll have our own progress to find the former members of the Dragons of Ōta, so that we’ll be able to convince them to support the revival” said Nozomi.
“That’s very nice! I think that I have met some of them, but I haven’t shared it to you yet” said Yūtarō.
“Oh, really? You have seen them?” queried Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah!” said Yūtarō and Mieko while Nobumasa, Nobuko and Eiji have nodded their heads, saying that they have also found the former members of the Dragons of Ōta.
“Then, why don’t you put their names before I’ll give it to Tomoka” said Mitsuhisa.
“That way, we’ll be able to make some progress in finding the former members of the Dragons of Ōta” said Rina.
“Okay!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa as Yūtarō and Mieko start writing down the names of the former members of the Dragons of Ōta that they have found. A few minutes later, Yūtarō gives the piece of paper to Mitsuhisa.
“Here you go, Mitsuhisa! These are the guys who were formerly part of the Dragons of Ōta” said Yūtarō.
Mitsuhisa, Rina and Nozomi would look at the names in the paper, which is composed of the former members of the Dragons of Ōta that have been found by the close friends of Mitsuhisa. Mitsuhisa speaks to Yūtarō as he recognizes some of the names in the paper. “Well, I have recognized seven of them.”
“Who are they?” asked Yūtarō.
“Fumihiro Tōsaka, Tatsunori Yanagi, Reina Hashimoto, Saki Nakayama, Mika Takano, Kasumi Ishizuka and Kentarō Yamamoto” said Mitsuhisa.
“You know about them?” asked Yūtarō.
“Yes, they were. They were the guys that have been part of the Tamagawa Middle School Student Council” said Mitsuhisa.
“They have used to get along with each other because they have been formerly part of the red group” said Rina.
“Fumihiro was always leading that group as he takes a lot of attention to get involved in helping the student council going well” said Nozomi.
“Some students said that he’s trying to run for President when the elections will take place in five months from now” said Kōki.
“So, who runs the student council right now?” asked Yūtarō.
“The current President is Honoka Kamezawa, a third year middle school student from the section 3-1” said Shōta.
“She’s not a former member of the Dragons of Ōta” said Akira.
“But she’s the leader of the Peach Reds Kamezawa, a group based in Tamagawa” said Miwako.
“Honoka had been an honor student for two years and now, she’s eyeing for a high school scholarship that she will end enrolling to a prestigious high school” said Ikumi.
“She may be prestigious, but she’s friendly to anyone” said Yuka.
“Well, I’m not surprised that this girl is an honor student. Anyone is trying to take over the presidency once Honoka will finish her term soon” said Yūtarō.
“There are a lot of contenders putting their sights in succeeding Honoka, but I believe that there’s going to be a war out there” said Mieko.
“Whenever there is an election to determine the new student council, this may be a serious time to decide on who will be leading it and so, they have to support on either of the candidates that has good standards to lead” said Nobumasa.
“And by the end of the election period, they’ll determine the winner” said Nobuko.
“Honoka’s party, the Peach Party, had been considered putting the vice president Tōko Yoshikawa to be the party’s candidate to succeed Honoka, but other individuals are trying to insert their names to that race” said Eiji.
“Yeah, I agree with what you’re saying, Eiji-san. For us, we’re not interested in running for the student council, but we have some friends of mine who can boost the support of the President” said Mitsuhisa.
“So, whoever decides on supporting Honoka’s board, we’ll support them in the same way” said Rina.
“It will be a fair way to please Honoka and her friends since they are always ready to serve. Right, guys?” said Nozomi.
“Yeah, we agree!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“On the other hand, the other names were not yet known whether they’re going to meet us or not, but we’re still recognizing them as former members of the Dragons of Ōta” said Kōki.
“If we can work together on finding more former members of the Dragons of Ōta, then we’re going to team up with the guys that you have found” said Shōta.
“WHAT?!” shouted the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“Are you serious about this?!” exclaimed Yūtarō.
“Yeah! We already know about them and so, we have to convince them if they want to join with us in searching the former members of the Dragons of Ōta” said Akira.
“I’m probably gonna against that idea” said Yūtarō.
“But why?” asked Akira.
“This our chance to make progress in finding more members of the Dragons of Ōta, but you think that it was a bad idea?” queried Miwako.
“Well, you guys want to convince them, but I don’t think they’re going to accept your offer to help you and your friends to find more members of the Dragons of Ōta” said Yūtarō.
“Oh, come on! We haven’t asked them if they supported the revival of the Dragons of Ōta” said Akira.
“That way, we’re gonna find out if they’re interested in helping us or not” said Miwako.
“Yeah, they’re right, Yūtarō! They want to ask them if they want to join the search, but if you’re questioning them in whether they’re supporting the Dragons of Ōta or not, we’re not gonna wait until they will make their decision” said Nobuko.
“Uh… I guess that they’ll have to wait if they’re ready to help Mitsuhisa and his group to find more members of the Dragons of Ōta” said Yūtarō.
“Of course, we will wait for their time to be with us, Yūtarō. That way, we’re going to work with them together, okay?” said Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah, okay” said Yūtarō.
“So, once they’ll be obliged to help us finding more former members of the Dragons of Ōta that we never see them before, then we’re going to report those to Tomoka and the job is now done” said Rina.
“You’ll be happy that we have finished the mission together, right?” queried Nozomi.
“Yeah!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“That’s the spirit!” said Nozomi.
“The other plan that we’re going to do together is we’re going to set up a chapter to support the revival of the Dragons of Ōta” said Mitsuhisa.
“We want to make sure that they’ll be supporting the revival of the Dragons of Ōta, but we want our parents to support that as well” said Kōki.
“Whether Noboru is here to hear our voices or to look at the posters, he will understand about our sympathy to convince him in bringing back his group” said Noriyo Ōno.
“That way, he will be contemplating his future before he’ll expect to announce soon” said Kaguya Nakase.
“Yeah, we all know that Noboru had been active when he’s not focusing on his basketball career. He will do anything that he would” said Yūtarō.
“But in a few weeks before the Interhigh prefectural tournament, there’s going to be some roadblock out there to take action” said Mieko.
“Yes, he has, Mieko. The problem is that he’s not ready to speak in whether he will revive his group that he created or not because he’s still busy with his training with his teammates from the Ōmori High School boys’ basketball team” said Yuka.
“He seems to be unpredictable if you ask him some questions” said Rintarō Kurokawa.
“Like how some professional basketball players have spoken about their fan reactions whether they have won or lost” said Mitsuhisa Fujita. His nickname is Hisani to prevent confusion with Mitsuhisa Katō.
“It’s everyone’s decision on whether they will take it or not. So, we have to be honest on what they’ll do to settle things in the right way” said Akihiro Yokohama.
“Yeah, you’re right about, guys. I think that he should silence the critics after disbanding the Dragons of Ōta because he should take action to cut the drama in the first place” said Yūtarō.
“I mean, it’s a pain that he had suffered after the incident, but I hope that he’s going to do anything to bring back the group that he builds back in Kasuragi” said Mieko.
“It’s now or never for him. So, we’ll find out if he’ll be ready to bring back the group” said Nobumasa.
“Yeah” said the members of the Tama Dragonworks.
“The last thing that we’re going to plan is that we’ll have to prepare ourselves for the upcoming sports festival, which will take place right after the mid-term examination week” said Mitsuhisa.
“So, we’re going to invite everyone to our exercise activity next week, which is on May 16 (Sunday)” said Rina.
“It’ll be awesome that you need to be hustling up to prepare for the sports festival because this event will be full of competitions that we need to take” said Nozomi.
“Hopefully, you’ll be interested to come with us” said Kōki.
“So, are you in for that, guys?” asked Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah, we’re in for that, Mitsuhisa!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“That’s good! I like that kind of attitude! That will boost our motivation for the sports festival” said Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“I’m also planning to invite the guys that are coming from the Dragons of Ōta, so that our activity will be getting better to have more people to come. Is that okay with you?” said Mitsuhisa.
“Okay!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“Hopefully, we’re all set for the sports festival and there’s no way that they’re going to overwhelm us” said Rina.
“Because we’re going to do this together!” said Nozomi.
“Yeah, we got it!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“I’m so excited that we’re going to get along with you since you had prepared anything to bless the community, Mitsuhisa! I’m sure that you’re ready for this” said Yūtarō.
“Yeah, Yūtarō! I’m not sure whether these plans will work it out, but we’re going to do anything to get the job done” said Mitsuhisa.
“Of course, that would be great that we’re going to keep our friendship team together!” said Yūtarō.
“Everyone in Ōta will have to wait for their time to witness the return of the Dragons of Ōta, but there will be more time to prepare for other things to come” said Mieko.
“It’s so great that we’re on the same team, guys! Hopefully, we’ll make the moves to get it done!” said Nobumasa.
“Yeah!” said Mitsuhisa, Yūtarō, Mieko, Nobuko, Eiji and the members of the Tama Dragonworks.
“I hope that Tomoka will be happy to us making progress to bless her and it’s going to be good that we’re ready to step up” said Nobuko.
“Now that your group had been part of a bigger group, hopefully, you’ll bless in no time!” said Eiji.
“You got it, Eiji! There’s no way I will let you down! We’re together as a team, right?” said Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah!” said the close friends of Mitsuhisa.
“So, let’s do our best to work together to make Tomoka proud!” said Mitsuhisa.
“Yeah, we will, Mitsuhisa!” said the members of the Tama Dragonworks and the close friends of Mitsuhisa. Mitsuhisa and his friends are now getting motivated, in trying to make Tomoka and her friends proud by trying to do what they do as they’re trying to contribute in finding more members of the Dragons of Ōta, so that they’ll convince them to support the revival of that group that the brave pioneers of Kasuragi built. As a member of the Rainbow Angels, the Tama Dragonworks are very confident that they’ll do their bravest ways to make Tomoka and her friends proud because they’ll be very delighted to work with them to make sure that they’ll have their blessings to treasure for themselves.

My older brother Hikoichi said to me about trying to cheer up your friends if they want to create their future” said Eiji Asagi, a second year middle school student from the Tamagawa Middle School and a close friend of Mitsuhisa.
