Which forum thread to ask these questions in?
What are the requirements for publishing a game on RPG maker on Dlsite, Fanza and other Japanese stores that sell games with 18+ content?
Can foreigners publish?
Is it necessary to have a legal entity to publish or is a physical person, i.e. the developer, sufficient?
What languages should the game be in when submitting it to store employees for review, etc.? (the game supports only 1 language and if English and Japanese versions of the game are required, it will be necessary to create 2 versions of the game).

the developer of 3d eroge kantoku av has patreon page, maybe you can try to reach out to them throught it.
to be honest, i'm kinda interested to try to make eroge rpg but not yet to think/plan this far ahead

Can I get a link to developer of 3d eroge kantoku?

As it has so far ended in failure for me with the following publishers:
JASTUSA - Does not publish products in japan.
MangaGamer
KaguraGames

if google dont give you relevant result, maybe because you dont turn off the filter yet.
AS perhaps the main source of eroge, but sadpanda aka exhentai/e-hentai.org is the main community of hentai, it is the main site where doujin/h-manga would ussualy get uploaded first.

try googling "patreon teamkrama", make sure you turn off the filter first

I know this resource, but they don't have a section where you can ask questions about registering and getting money from Japanese stores on webmoney. (5 years my registration)

I asked teamkrama today, but the chances of being able to help are 0% because it is 1-2 developers without a publisher.

i just assuming since it is supposed to be the biggest community maybe you can find atleast 1-2 who is familiar with it(since the uploaders are purchased their stuff from dlsite/fanza). the other place i can suggest to ask around is 4chan-/vg/-/hgg2d/, perhaps there are ones who have knowledge around it.
i can be sure there are some kor/chn origin doujinka who sell their shits at dlsite, so it should no problem for foreigners(i think)

Koreans who are under sanctions from all over the world and publish in japan = honestly speaking, I don't believe in such miracles.

errr sorry, but you do realize there are north and south korea?
if i may to ask, why the need to sell it at fanza/dlsite? a lot of non jap indie VN developers just go scamming their patron by publishing incomplete shits with updates at their patreon, and for those who honest, steam is one of the option. don't know about the platform "compatibility" with RPGmaker
