Hakuouki: Kyoto Winds (Hakuouki: Shinkai - Kaze no Shou) is being localized by Idea Factory this Spring for the Vita

尘沙惑(Lost in Secular Love)was originally released on Steam in Chinese. Enough people took an interest in it and there will be an English release for it on Steam. It is 50% translated from Chinese to English. Here is the post talking about it.

The Bell Chimes For Gold started an IndieGOGO campaign fund project in Summer 2016, which was unsuccessfully, not funded. They started up a Patreon (still open for funds and support) which didn't recieve much attention either. The game developer Otusunclub seems very determined to bring this Japanese otome visual novel to the West and to receive an English release. Sekai Project got in contact with the developer in Early 2017 and they have seemed to pick up the project. The game was developed and created by otusunclub. The game will probably be published by Sekai Project and maybe even translated by them, but most likely, they will work together to fund the project and translate the game to English. Verdelish is a JP-EN translator (also translating Bocchi Musume x Produce Keikaku for MangaGamer) who has been translating the drama CDs for this otome game. Follow @aya_hagane and @verdelishJP on Twitter to keep up with the Drama CDs. Follow @sekaiproject and @aya_hagane on Twitter to keep up with news and update for the English release of this game.

You can find the official Japanese website here!

"A while back, the Japanese indie developer Ossan Club decided they wanted to make an otome visual novel to suit their tastes. That meant removing the thin, youthful, and beautiful characters so often found in otome titles and replacing them with gruff, muscular middle aged men.

The result of this is The Bell Chimes for Gold. Available in both a 15+ and adult’s only version, this is an otome title where our protagonist has total control to literally buy the man she wants with her wealth."

Description:

The heroine, Maria is a skilled herbalist. She saved up money in order to get married with her master, but he ended up using the money to marry another woman, dumping the heroine. He went as far as saying: ‘you can buy a man with the money you earn from your skill.’ This helped Maria decide what to do next. 'OK. If one can get a man with money, I will buy one and get married!’ Five men, who have fallen quite low, are available to her.

In this game, every character you meet is in a terrible situation and has a lot of debt. You spend money for them and help them get over their miserable hardships.

The difference from ordinary otome games is that the heroine has a lot of guts! She leads and helps the men get over their miserable situations.

You enter dungeons and collect ingredients, treasures, and money. With the ingredients, you can make medicine and sell it. The story moves forward as you use money for the men. In the end, Maria and her partner get married.

Should be coming to Steam eventually, but you can download a demo and buy it from the website. Reminds me a lot of Roommates, although from what I've played of the demo it looks like a pure visual novel rather than a stat-raising sim.

Some more info from Hanako Games here.
