So much manga/anime... Where do I start?

Can some generous ones recommend/provide me a list of manga/anime from their top 10? I'm kinda like all over the place.

Kami nomi no shiru sekai (world god only knows)
Natsume Yuujinchou (natsume's book of friends)
Youjouhan Shinwa Taikei (4.5 tatami mat galaxy)

Then maybe ones like Hyouka, Mawaru Penguindrum, and Dantallian no Shoka etc.
