Well, the title says it all - after a Japanese study showed that Youtube (and similar) videos actually increase DVD/BD sales, a Swiss government study now shows that piracy has no negative effect on the entertainment industry.

Here's a tongue-in-cheek article in English:
http://hothardware.com/News/Swiss-Government-Opts-to-Keep-Piracy-Legal-for-Personal-Use/

A more austere one in German, which also links to the report:

A sign that some governments have some common sense.
I do not see that article making it further into the news though. (whether Swiss, Germany, Europe or internationally)
Nor can i see any change in policy on that matter in the near future.

But by no means am i saying it is a bad thing.
How does the saying go: ~Hope dies last~

I wonder what some people have to say now about that internet censor bill.....?

And hardly anyone does something.

...Actually, that one was a bit wrong, so I'll rephrase it.

And they hardly notice the public's commentary... or should I say, they might be ignoring it.
The Hollywood industry is a powerful adversary indeed.

You do have to know that big firms now have a big say in government policy, I would say that the firms has more power than the government nowadays.

The reason why they have such a big say? They pay Senators, Representatives large sums of money to pass bills that would either protect their broken systems or their interests.

Oh, the joy of free markets.

I say we takeoff and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Amen Alex! I'll be sure to be the guy that is filming the whole thing.

Why is anyone surprised about this at all. The only reason corporations are getting mad over piracy is because their business model is threatened, no more easy money for them, GOD FORBID they actually start publishing decent content to get customers.

Good day. Would you mind re-uploading this title, please?

Mexa links are dead; Katfile link of part 2 is dead , and Rapidgator links are premium-only.

There are other threads with working links, but I don't think they have the updated version, which I believe should have an updated Track 07 with a more recent last modified date. Many thanks in advance.
