[Other] TAYUUTA game help

Hello for the past few days I've been trying to boot up Mine Fukaki Se ni Tayutau Uta but without fail it always crashes during this sequence in the beginning. Is there a way to fix this at all? I', on Windows 10 and have booted it through Vista and XP in compatibility mode and it still crashes and I turned of DirectDraw with the same result.
