lol the random mentions here are really the only thing close to trolling. I think I agree with sam, nanashi made this thread without really understanding what trolling is, because it is just a word people throw around a lot these days. XD

For those who don't know: Trolling is not synonymous with "kidding". Trolling is purposefully trying to make someone angry for fun. It could be done in a lighthearted way (such as here) but is normally more vicious. The most common way is just by posting hate speech against persons in their own environment (try looking at YouTube comments and spot the trolls).

Yes I suppose you could view it kind of like pranking. But pranks can be used to get all kinds of emotions, while trolling is just for anger/hate. Also trolls don't normally go 'lol jk' at the end, although those exist as well.
