Well touhou is what is called the eastern project, and its a series of games revolved around these touhou characters. And touhou music is, well basically everything you see in this thread, based on the touhou games, made by fans.

The touhou games are danmaku games, aka "bullet hell" games hehe, if you see one on youtube you'll quickly realize why.
