Trouble installing a game by Ammolite

The problem I have is that when i click the setup file I get a pop up message with some info I dont understand. I changed my regionals to japanase.



The name of the game is:淫艶の湯 ～三代の女将達との密交～/In'en no Yu ~Sandai no Okami-tachi to no Mikkou

...it says the game has been installed, and it demands to uninstall the previous version of the game

Thanks, I was sure I had unistalled the game. I dont know how to delete that old file.

Edit: I downloaded a program that cleaned old files. Thanks for the help.
