As far as I'm aware, the next Dualtail game is quite a ways off, so is anyone looking for a reason to revisit this game? I took the time to incorporate a lot of characters from previous VB games that all have working Tactic Skills and Voice. As well as up to date skills and stats that closely match the character personality and/or 'lore'.
The patch below also removes the stat cap for both enemies and allies, adding to the already difficult game as well as an EX battle that was made on the baidu forums.
I originally planned on just making this for myself, but decided to share it to those with less coding knowledge and/or time so that they could enjoy the game in a new way.
If anyone has some character requests or whatnot, reply or leave me a message and I'll try to get to it in due time. Also, I have only played Abyss and newer games so characters from earlier games might get a little 'warped' if/when I implement them.

Have Fun!
Edit1-One thing I forgot to mention is that this patch includes Julia's Dragon form. If you have this form you 'cannot' view the scenes during chapter 5 in the law route that include Julia transforming to fight Olga and later Gaizel. Due to both her dragon form and human form existing at the same time for your team (which isn't supposed to happen) it causes the game to crash if you use them in battle during this chapter. Also at the end of the chapter, the game gets rid of the dragon form altogether and completing and restarting the game doesn't bring the unit back(no wonder dualtail didn't include the unit in post-game content). I could have just changed the scenario to make this not an issue but I was really hesitant to tamper with the actual scenario as I wouldn't want to destroy the gaming experience. If this poses too much of an issue for anyone I can upload a patch that excludes this form to make things a little smoother.
Also, I wouldn't try to use the 'Big' units all that much as one unit in particular (looking at you Ra) completely steamrolls the entire game with the other Big units making anything in the game not pose much of a threat even on the hardest difficulty. I pretty much just put those units in for fun and didn't touch them stat or skill wise as they are incredibly powerful as is.
