Watching "Strike the Blood" and I must say this one feel just like that one anime title "Blood+"; Focusing wayy too much on the observer when the Fourth Pro is supposedly be the target of this anime, it not suppose to be him being on the sideline while the Observer do the work, really what the point of the strongest title when the Observer is the one doing the job.
