what if world war 3 happened... and nukes were flying everywhere... but north America still hadn't launched theirs and you were their last hope... what would you do... launch nukes killing everyone or try to talk Russia / Korea / China out of detonating their nukes?

If they already started launching nukes then its kinda late isnt it? Theres the choice of waiting for others to run out of nukes and dominate then but the world would be filled with holes by then...
