I would probably stop playing it because the game would be too full of spamers/noobz to enjoy. although if I got really desperate, id probably start a private server and invite my friends / people I know to join me... that way the game is fun :)

I would probably re write it in html5, include auto updates, remove the 60 second wait limit for users over level 10 and change up the background / color scheme every bit :D!

assuming that I don't loose age with time traveling... I would time travel back to when I was 10. I would kidnap myself and teach myself all sorts of computer like things untill they became second nature (i.e. counting in binary, hexadecimal, octal etc.).

It would be best not to adjust time. But If I would have the ability, I'd use it only when some unforeseen consequences would appear.
