Did you go to the Obihiro racetrack(Banei keiba)? The Silver Spoon was set in Tokachi and Banei keiba. Did you not buy the commemorative goods of the Silver Spoon?

Yep, I went to there as well. Bought some Silver Spoon clear folders. Saw many posters of Silver Spoon around the area xD

Green tea flavour is pretty popular here so many shops have begun importing from Japan. Of course it's more expensive than the normal flavours though.

Green Tea..mmm...I still remember the Mango flavor Kit Kat from Japan, nothing special but tastes awesome. Out of interest did you get some fried chicken from any local convenient store? They taste awesome for a decent price, then again, most food I had in Japan taste awesome...compared to the Land of Fish and Chips ;_;

Although of the convenience stores I popped into I only saw one that was selling fried chicken (Lawson).

Guess I'll have to wait until when I go back to Japan... whenever that is

I went to a more countryside part of Japan so I guess maybe that's why I didn't see much fried chicken.

Being a countryside area the buildings were built lower and streets wider than in Singapore. Overall I felt more relaxed walking around the area (maybe because I was on holiday?). A welcome change from the usual.

And of course, first time in Japan and first time experiencing winter and snow! ＼(^o^)／

Scenery was great, food was great, stuff I bought was great... it's hard to say what I liked the most because pretty much everything was great xD
