Well..It wasn't from that far away. They are shooting it form a boat.
If had to guess the distance..would be around 100m I think?

The dutch firework restrictions are pretty heavy, so there weren't any big fireworks.
They're pretty small if you compare it stuff from like Japan / China / USA.
