I've retimed the subs from Chihiro which i think their translation superior than UTW
for Episode 13 it's OVA, i use Hadena Subs.
I remove Hadena OP and ED Lyric to make it similar with Chihiro.

i haven't check all of them, i just shift the time from the beginning, so i just check the beginning part, didn't through fully to the last part....

but i think it all sync already.

if you want to download from torrent
go to it's encoder website
search google for yousei raws
they put this file in torrent

as for mediafire.... many uploader won't upload file to there because it will instantly deleted.....
so it sucks
