Yumeiro Alouette [1503] error

So I just downloaded Yumeiro Alouette from girlcellys torrent and when I try to launch it, it shows me the [1503] error, which is, by my knowledge, the AlphaROM. But I can't find any cracks for Yumeiro. Any solutions?

With the Error pop up clock the x in the corner of it as see if the game will start as i am sure the error is about the locale

Thanks for your reply, but the error wasn't about the locale, but because of the protection. I did some hex editing and it works now.
