Well, if it's not released on CD, and it's an original composition, it's likely to be named something meaningless like M76A-002 or the sort. Most movie pieces are named like that before someone decides to title them before a CD release. One evangelion CD and Pokemon CD are titled liek this.

I was just quoting an example, not that you can get it. My FLAC edit stands as the closest available approximation.
