I'm still struggling to learn the Japanese "R/L" sound.
There's all that stuff with tongue rolling and all, but that's not my main question today.

The certain thing that's bothered me for a while now that some tutorials do not mention is whether I (as an EN speaker) should be attempting to say R or L or something else entirely when practicing my Japanese "R/L"s sounds

(as other tutorials mention, some hybrid between D and L because the JPN L/R is almost one and the same unique L/R)

What should I be trying going for?

Update: Misunderstood. Ancer's brain is no in a good shape after an exam.

Some people say it in R and sometimes L. It might not be mentioned due to the fact that some japanese people uses L instead of R.

Ancer's probably not good advice of the day is: Do not worry, just pronounce it the way you want

Hello, UFO!
If you wouldn't mind, could you please reupload this? It would seem you are the only person on the internet to share this.
