I'm still struggling to learn the Japanese "R/L" sound.
There's all that stuff with tongue rolling and all, but that's not my main question today.
The certain thing that's bothered me for a while now that some tutorials do not mention is whether I (as an EN speaker) should be attempting to say R or L or something else entirely when practicing my Japanese "R/L"s sounds
(as other tutorials mention, some hybrid between D and L because the JPN L/R is almost one and the same unique L/R)
What should I be trying going for?
