    Can I ask you something ?

    If someone asks another member to re-upload a file, but that member hasn't responded yet, and I happen to have the file, would it be rude for me to upload it? Or should I wait for their reply first?

    If you were to post your link onto the thread of another Uploader, the Uploader (thread owner) may claim a thread hijacking rule. Most of the time we will just delete your post without any infraction.

    If you were to post your link onto the request thread, there's no harm's done.

    You are freely to post your links in your own thread. There's no restriction what-so-ever in regards of "reupload" thing.

    You need to accumulate a lot of reputation from all the reactions received, a minimum of 365 days since your registration and have a number of undiclosed replies and threads.

    There are other conditions that I cannot disclose but as long as you keep doing what you have been doing, you should get your status in about a year since your registration, if not much sooner.
