A hard shot, definitely. Cheap? It all happened so fast. Could he have pulled up? Not sure. He did hit with his shoulder, not his helmet. Was it flagrant? Not compared to when Suh grabbed the Ravens backup by the throat. He might get fined, that's normal, but I don't think he should be suspended.
