    Yeah she's from Gintama. Kyubei is basically a butch lesbian samurai that is the next heir of her clan. She loves Otae, who is one of the main character's (Shinpatchi's) sister. Mostly she is the butt of a lot of jokes for being clueless/manly. That figure is from one of the few times where she puts on more girly clothes.

    I see, I'll keep that in mind then. I guess if prices are likely to drop again in future sales then I'll just take note of what goes on sale this time round, snag what there is on the last day and get whatever else I missed in the next sale. Yes, it sounds like a plan.

    That's what I've read online, and also that flash sales/community choices are the about the lowest prices are going to go

    I guess I can just look out for games on my wishlist first, since by the time I'm through with them it would probably be time for the next Steam sale (a Christmas one perhaps?)

    So I've noticed. There's still some days to go for the daily deals and there's this Community's Choice thing so I may wait and see if there are other games that catch my eye. Might not get Skyrim if I see other games that I'd want... and I read that the game has gone down to $5 before?
