Before you buy anything, ask them to give you the figure and take a look at it. Bootlegs have poor quality packing/inking.
If you feel it's not right, don't buy it. Check the price too; if it's too cheap for the figure/size, then it might be a bootleg.
You can always google the figure before you buy it if you have internet on hand.~
