Hmm... theres some conflicting info here... Chiru being with mikhail and he wasnt there when fear found her... Maeve also says he wasnt on the spikes when the train arrived... So where was mikhail?..

That would mean that either one of them is lying or someone doesn't remember the events properly. Nonetheless, may I ask everyone to check each other's shoes. Unless otherwise conflicted by MonoOwl, I am lead to believe that we all have one pair of shoes correct? Now, the culprit might have been able to wash their clothes but I highly doubt they could change or thoroughly clean their shoes. Not only will it take longer than our suspected time frame, it's also nearly impossible without proper solvents. Assuming this is true there will be residual substances in the crevices of the sole, namely blood.

Since I was not able to investigate, determining the size of the shoe as well as the pattern would have been detrimental to the investigation. But alas, we must make do with what is available.

And saying that Azuriel started going around the people and looking at everyone's shoes. The only shoes that have been stained with blood were: Fear's, Ariya's, Bear's, Satori's and Sin's.

And also at around that same time Chiru seems to have calmed down a bit and said "Mikhail... I didn't kill him... He died protecting me... from the train."

Well actually, it would be easiest to either argue suicide or still Chiru as the killer. However it still seems like too obvious a thing to say, and doesn't annul the other mysterious clues...

So the little crybaby finally spoke up and it seems like Mikhail sacrificed himself to save Chiru but then if that were the case then that would mean whoever drove the train at the time of the murder would be the culprit. However that doesn't explain how she got injured so Chiru, Would you mind telling us how you got those injuries?

It appears the ones who have blood on their shoes including myself have investigated the scene but hold on! Why does Bear have blood on his shoes? If I remember correctly, Bear did not investigate with us and he along with Maeve were one of the witnesses to the crime. So [MENTION=60305]zad38[/MENTION] ; Care to explain yourself how you got blood on your shoes?

And [MENTION=78659]marimofluff[/MENTION] ; Would you also mind telling us what exactly you and Bear were doing at the scene?

Because someone somewhere thought it was totally a good idea.

Chiru would be injured from a "close call". However I can't really see how that would transpire with her form of injuries without them being fatal. (but then again this isn't a very realistic setting to begin with so...)
