The train does seem unstoppable but I could recall one time during the investigation when Sumire returned from the school and the train suddenly stopped when it hit Mikhail's corpse again.

Also. I'm really confused about the blood trail as well and I have no idea how it was made.

Did it stop before or after hitting him? It could maybe explain one of the blood trails if it moved him.

I think the train is unmanned. It probably stopped before hitting him to avoid destroying the evidence.

Because sova told me that it will automatically move back and forth every 10 APs and if I miss the train, I will miss it

The train only starts when someone hits a button to make it do so. There is only one situation where it would move on its own (as far as sova explained).

The train stopping was sin's doing but ill leave the explaining to him since its his discovery and i dont know what he wants to reveal. Has little to do with the case anyway.

At the moment, I think, the most important clue or distraction is the blood. Blood everywhere.

We found the body on the phase (end of it anyway) that he was killed so the train had only run once to get to the dorm station, thus it couldnt have run over the body again.

There are four (main?) pools of blood along with the blood trail. The two (or three) where the train stopped and was dripping blood from the spikes. The one 30 steps into the tunnel. The one where the body was laying on the tracks.

That has nothing to do with the case when I stopped the train since the area was untouched.
Also the birdbrain can verify that I was the only one to enter that area since he called me a cheater.

I kind of got the gist of it. But it is very, very strongly forced. :P

I've found from experience that when someone doesn't understand something, a good method to use it so break it down into a few smaller examples, and slowly work up to a rough parallel, and then link the parallel together at the end. You probably didn't need all of them, but I can't be sure which ones, and combined they (hopefully) make it very clear. :)

That seems odd, then, because your example was still off the mark (as shown). But yes, if this situation had to be forced to get the game started, I suppose we can treat it as it seems to want to be treated. Still not all mysteries solved, anyways. Who knows how far the rabbit hole goes~

It seems like we're making little progress here and most of us are just throwing random ideas around. This trial has lasted for almost a week now and we still haven't even named any possible suspects yet. I even noticed that most people aren't really paying much attention to everything that's going on in the trial and I'm surprised no one seemed to be interested in that book Bear just showed us. (Sure I know we're in the middle of a trial but you can't help but wonder whats in that book since it contains the history of this school apparently.) At this rate, the trial could drag on and we may end up having to vote someone randomly.

I suggest that we have a recap of everything that has been discussed so far since the start of the trial which includes all clues, testimonies, theories and possible suspects presented in this trial so we may get a better picture of what took place during the murder and hopefully find the true culprit and execute him/her.

Oh yes, I just remembered something we found but didn't get to talk about earlier because of all this rush. There is a skeleton is the storage room and, from how monoowl reacted, it seems he didn't want it to be discovered. This probably has nothing to do with the current case, but may also be related to the history of the school.
