If your problem is about crack the game, you just need to use "AlphaROM Cracker"
patch the "LAUNCER.exe" and it will solve it.

if your problem is about the text is missing, you need to install "Locale emulator" in here: http://pooi.moe/Locale-Emulator/

any ideas on getting this to work in Windows10? Even running the Alpha crack I still get the license popup

Am I dumb? The title says [Patch] but I only see a .rar with the game files. Am I supposed to get the activation tool somewhere else?

This is frustrating because I swear I downloaded and played this game years ago but now I can't get it to run.
