When you drop a castle, the generals inside will either escapse, surrender, or do seppuku. This is completely irrelevant of their loyalty.
For generals whose loyalty is not 絆, just bribe them (引き抜き).

69 is craftiness (pull out general/secret meeting/have more to act first in battlefield)
70 is politic (use for build)

3900 number of army (I think max is 5000)
2800 number of gun (can't have more than size of army)

I want to ask is 11 and 12 stand for ?

I also couldn't capture takeda as uesugi. She just disappeared, and I don't remember her committing seppuku... I even turned off in options to make sure.

63 is leadership. It affects how much morale you have.
I don't know the equal of 69 in English, but it reduces the cost of moving army to attack, surrounding castle, pulling enemy generals, sabotaging, bribing, etc. It also affect speed in battle.
70 is politics, but it affects domestical actions, including raiding your own lands.
11 is loyalty. It affect how easy for the general to be pulled over by the enemy, or for him/her to raise a rebellion. When you complete all of a character's events, it will become 絆, which means absolute loyalty. They still may surrender when defeated in battle though.
I don't see 12, but if you mean 10, it's salary.

She's Taira no Kiyomori, the softmap tokuten character. Her skill is pretty broken, indeed. +50 morale randomly, for ALL ally squads, and it triggers quite frequently.

I also couldn't capture takeda as uesugi. She just disappeared, and I don't remember her committing seppuku... I even turned off in options to make sure.

Some generals may be captured instead of seppuku or surrender. Check your event list to see if they are there. If they aren't, well, I don't know.

It's pretty brutal to get everything so I'll post my "99%" save if anyone wants it. Hopefully someone manages to get the last scene, my mind is eroding from so many hours of playing and I can't go through an 8th playthrough... need to get some sleep.
