Hi I have the problem when I click New game or even try to load the save file the game just closes down. Which codec should I specifically download? Ive tried both but the same error happened

I've tried it on 32 bit XP SP3 and Win 7 ultimate. I set my locale to Japanese and everything to japanese....help...

I intend to re-rip this game for a better, smoother animation, no reused scenes, but the random textbox and dialogue choice keep popping up during h scenes is making the editing task too damn difficult. Is there any way to completely hide them?

Use GARbro to rip individual frames and sounds (voice + BGM). Rejoin them later using video editing tools.

No luck. Someone has done that and posted on nyaa.si, but only video rip available. I've tried to record using bandicam to capture in-game audio and edited any frames that have textbox appeared with those video rip; but it took way too much time to synchronize. Is there any program that allows you to edit visual novel to hide textbox dialogue while playing? Much appreciated!

Rummaging the game script for the exact animation and audio loop is probably easier than repacking the assets. You should ask around at eroge translation forums (i.e.: not here). Sorry for not being much help.

hadilan, I've posted my reply about a week ago, but it appears to be stuck in moderation limbo.
Anyway, if you insist on hiding the GUI, you should ask around eroge translation forums such as fuwanovel on how to replace Jellyfish's game assets (i.e: replacing the text box with a blank png and setting the text opacity to none). I've forgotten if there are any narrations, but if there are then you have to work around them.

I don't know how to deal with script (hacking), so back to the hard way I guess. But I should be able to finish it and make this interactive VN into a proper movie. Btw, I have never seen any VNs that has top notch animation like this one; even better than most hentai animations; why it doesn't get attention it deserves is beyond me.

Ah, in that case repacking the game assets is probably the better option. You should ask around translation/ripping forums if they can help you blank the story script and replace any GUI elements with transparent pngs.

If you haven't, check out LOVERS from the same developer. Well, the opening animation anyway.

I suppose this would have been legendary as an h-anime. As an eroge, it has many flaws (plot lacking punch, only one route, short playing/reading time, insane price point for what essentially is an h-anime, barebone UI, untransferable save file, lots of pointless and unskippable transitions, etc.).

Looks like that's the reason why no one has translated it yet after a long ass time, so no repack :(. At this point I'll have to find a way to work around that.
