Guys, i want to make a thread for netorare in VNDB. Because recently there is two members who always bitching to remove netorare tag in eroge gallery in sad panda (they remove netorare tag in Marina 3, what a joke). So basically i want to make a "true" list to netorare game. Reason why i want to make this thread:
1. This can help to new member for searching netorare game in VNDB
2. To remove troll who giving minus in netorare tag for Netorare game
3. Searching netorare game which doesn't get netorare tag because nobody review it before.

So what do you guys think?

According to them you need an actual context so they treat the gallery as a Cgset, not a story doujin or manga.

A bit faulty if you ask me since there have been large threads about netorare definition and the adminss answers is 'nope, too wide of a definition' so netori tag never.

The only safe measure is to check DLsite, getchu etc so we can tell the contents based on the synopsis and tags.

Other reason why i suggest VNDB:
-I only focus on eroge
-The tag is system more useful
-Have more information like staff, like writer, artist, voice actress, etc.

Well for game I already use dlsite/getchu and vndb, and they already work well. Apart from one thing, ntr mystery, which was banned because the person who provided didn't give a good definition :(.

As for the discussion in sadpanda, it essentially gravitates around 3 things:
- NTR is in no small part subjective.
- there are people who don't understand the fetish and are unable to tag it properly, and thus are either searching an objective definition or vetoing it.
- the proximity with cheating can be confusing.

My answer is simple: let people tag. It's the same for big breasts/big ass (what is the limit between normal and big?), and people don't make such a fuss about it... even if we see A LOT of improper (for me) big breasts tags in sadpanda.

Indeed, but at least we can still tag to revert things, which would be impossible if somehow people decide that the tag isn't usable.

Do people prefer Sadpanda over ExH and EH ? just wondering which the best/favored one is since I thought they were all the same database just different frontends/interface/tagging and searching systems.
I've always used EH, mainly because found entering sadpanda and exh a bit tricky, sometimes pages dont load, site doesnt exist...etc.

Been playing some of my favorite NTR games from ANIM & Team.MM, very disappointed with Kanojo no Karada(vndb.org/v18047) but that should just be me, just didnt like the flow of how the NTR rolled out, but mainly because I like Husband/Wife NTR rather than BF/GF, mainly because the latter is very flaky and to me it doesnt really give that gut wrenching NTR feel you get with a married couple.

They are the same, the only difference is that EH is the censored version of ExH (no loli, no shota). This is due to advertisement issues, to my understanding. So I always use ExH...

Probably, because it was the girl saving herself.
Usually the pattern is the hero "saving" the girl.
But this game started with an already broken hero(victim of mom ntr) and what she did was giving the finishing blow, utterly destroying him; so it was an interesting development having the girl realize the shit she did to her love and grow a backbone being able tell sempai to fuck off and start her path of redemption to the mentally scarred for life hero.

So I've been searching the JP Dlsite for some netorare games, and I have a question for anybody that might know.

When it says "Adventure game" does that mean there is some interactive aspect, or is it more of a "Choose your own adventure" adventure (Where it's a visual novel with choices)?

I think the ones who have played Marina 3 mostly enjoyed the game and was a good way to end the Marina series (although there's Marina Gaiden coming out).
As for Kanojo no Karada, I actually enjoyed the game and it's because of that game I'm now interested in ANIM & Team.MM games. For me, so long as the art and sex scenes are hot, I think I'm fine with the game. I dont really dig Kanojo no karada, but yes the good ending where MC forgave the heroine is really really nice. I was afraid of some cop out when i get to that ending, i was thinking something dark might happen after that forgiveness (which is serious fuck up if it did happen) but hey all end good, at least its a not half assed good ending for NTR game.

I kinda want a good ending option in NTR, I mean, i enjoy all the heart wrenching dramas and lust building up seeing the heroine gets corrupted aspect of NTR, but having an option to have a really good end (not the game over good end in most NTR) is a must for me, call me blasphemy or heretics :P

Thus the value of their relationship to the reader is low or superficial once the NTR happpens.

But if instead we get to watch their love rather than hearing about it then the value of the NTR rises as well.

It's a double benefit which worked well on Marina series.

exactly what i am thinking, you explain it all.

Which is why i think good ending that is properly thought works best in NTR genre where the prospects are bleak and the feeling of betrayal is maximized.

In the synopsis there's info that protagonist is living with his mother and suddenly his aunt showed up. There's no info if he is in relationship with his mother but I think that he might be interested in her, you know they live together and he started to see her more like a woman than mother, standard stuff.
