Kazuya confesses to Nodoka, asking her to answer after entrance examination (univ probably). But when they study together (frame with books and pen on the table), they kiss and it lead into sex. I think you need to recheck & revise the summary b/c bad grammar issues
For example...

Is Kazuya a boy or girl? and who is Hiromu?

ALSO, to be honest, if there is another chapter, I hope the ending is a NTR ENDING (like the Nodoka fall in love with the MC & marry Ozaki) like as [Sanbun Kyoden] Sougetsu no Kisetsu. When you think about all the NTR Doujinshi you read, a true ntr ending is nearly close to 10% to 0%

It means it suddenly changes into different scene with no exact info how much time has passed, it's like in a movie where it cut into different frame. Isn't it proper to use "cut into" that way? Sorry, English is not my first language :D
This chapter has sudden shift of POV and scene in single page. What I'd describe was pretty much translation page by page, not exactly summary. It's harder to summarizes it than translate it roughly page by page.

"Nodoka assures his mother" HIS?
Is Kazuya a boy or girl? and who is Hiromu?

sorry my bad, i type it in a hurry. Kazuya is Nodoka's boyfriend/osananajimi (the fag in the story). Hiromu is Kazuya's kouhai at work, they both attend same school. He also is a member of swimming club where Ozaki is the captain and Nodoka is temporary manager. It's actually the other way around i think, it's rarer to have happy ending where the heroine is end up with MC

one thing that always surprise me is the way this guys drew female in NTR situation and the sex scenes cg, it just hits the right angle/pose for NTR, lots of NTR game kinda lost the impact due to average CG/scenes, but Venus? mmm hmmm never disappoint.

Let me explain. Chise has always liked the MC. We know from the first game that Chise and the MC were childhood friends, with that stuffed animal thingy tying them together. Unfortunately for Chise, the MC liked Akina, even when Chise expressed her feelings for the MC (like waiting out in the rain for MC to come back).

After MC finds out that he was NTR'd, he returns home and becomes depressed. It was Chise who brought the MC back from depression and they are now going out. First game ends.

2nd game, I believe, is a "true love" game. We get to see MC and Chise live happily ever after! The end.

*There will NOT be double NTR like in Studio Triumph...though that was actually triple NTR. None of that will happen here. I'm going to play it for the love story. I believe!

Wow, that sucks. The quality jump from 1 to 2 was massive, and I was curious if he could do the same for 3 (plus maybe a proper ending...).
