Anime Sharing - Netorare General Discussion Thread

Are there any hints about this statement, or just wishful thinking? If you know anything, then pls, tell me! If not than dont give me any hopes, because i already lost all of them when i saw that the tennis game went from 90% back to 85. I dont want to suffer more...

Just wishful thinking man, but knowing that the four games (or at least three) are supposed to be released in 2018, the first one has to be released very soon, they are not going to release three games in three months.

Normally the game comes out one month after the date announcement, so if they announce it tomorrow, the game will come out on March, and if there is no announcement tomorrow, nothing until April, but I don't think is gonna be later than that, I think April at the latest.

I could be wrong of course, but let's have a bit of hope.

I've finally made it, my small time traveling adventure is over - I've read all 1398 pages of this thread . Now i have like hundreds of opened firefox tabs with dozens of various NTR games&manga to check out. Again, thanks to all people who contribute to this thread with uploads, news, translations, reviews, interesting ideas and discussions - you guys are the best.


One of things that i realized reading this thread is that I totally missed Marina phenomenon. Few years ago when i first found out about the game, i checked vndb and saw Protagonist-organised Netorare tag and I thought to myself - Nope, this is totally not my thing and forgot about it. But reading reviews and opinions here, i realized that i like all that mystery (game limited to Protag PoV), teasing and lying parts, so i decided to buy both Marika and Mariko from Mangagamer. Thanks to Valentine discount event both games combined cost a bit under 30$, so if anyone want to support MG and Eng localization of NTR genre this is a good time to do it, i hope MG eventually will translate whole Marika series, or if they don't some very kind people here will ;)
And yeah i know, some people don't like the ending, and i think i wont like it too, but still its a good game series definitely worth checking.

Also I've been thinking how quickly we tend to dismiss things without even trying them first. Similar situation was with Persona 5, at first i thought its just another anime school romance game, but after spending more than 100+ hours watching Cohh's stream (cant play myself, I've got only PC, hope Persona games will some day ported to it ) i can tell that this is an amazing game and my first opinion about game couldn't be more wrong.
So i think it's always better to try to be more open minded, especially with next ANIM.teamMM game being, or at least starting, as Netorase. Sure sometimes disappointing things happen (and they happen quite often :(), but its better to stay optimistic and look forward to experiencing new games.

So, even Anim surrendered to netorase titles, huh? Sigh... I guess it was just a matter of time. Since I didn't enjoy the last 3 VNs they released, I guess I'll risk another so-called NTR maker from my list. Tsuma no Biniku was really good, though. But it was released in 2015. 3 years without releasing a decent netorare title isn't a good sign, imo.

Really, only LiLiM and Lune can still deliver mediocre to decent netorare VNs this days. Sore Demo 2 was a really nice surprise. I didn't expect to enjoy it, but it was able to build upon what I find the most important aspect in a netorare title: make me care about the protagonists and their relationship, making me really feel that netorare vibe when it happens. Dearest Blue (last LiLiM's VN) was mediocre in terms of netorare, but overall was a decent VN. It gave me a True Blue vibe because of the whole game scheme.

I hope this two companies will release at least one NTR title this year.

Try to expand your horizons, there have been good games released after 2015, try some rpg for instance, for a long time i avoided them but gave up and tried ntrpg and well i learned to enjoy them, you can try shadowcore or nanaho for example, as for vn try this one https://vndb.org/v19319, i know there are others but let me think about it and try to remember, also are we talking about the last ntr games from anim? because i found them good even the one i initially didn't pay attention to.

I hope in tomorrow's update of the Jinsei's blog (I guess there will be one) they announce the date for the first of the four games they are doing.

I'm playing Honto no Kimochi right now and I'm enjoying it a lot, this has put me in the mood of this company and now I can't wait for the four games in development.

I also started playing that game recently!! can't believe i didn't sooner, i am liking it even in the purely vainilla part, the MC is funny xD

By the way the last update Anim's game with ne CG and text appeared. The scene in metro take place with protagonist's presence. Looks so AWESOME!

Yes, finish the game and than restart it to unlock the hidden girls pov scenes. It is a long time, but if i remember correctly, both choices are different endings and you understand more about them in your second run with the extra scenes. It is btw. an awesome game you should have played sooner.

As far as Anims pattern goes, they always making a full netorare title and than a title with ntr themes like swinging or now netorase. So the next title after this could be more in your favor, altough all of Anims game has a lot of netorare.

LiLiM already produced a ntr title at the end of last year. Not under Darkness but their main brand, so i dont think they will release another one this year. Maybe next year (the same goes with LTB). And how dare you say that there is no good ntr title since 2015. https://vndb.org/v19319 was really good and unique. And there are some more who i personally consider as good, at least better than Soredemo 2 and Dearest Blue.


And there is one thing i always wanted to say about Anims games. Of course unless you're fluent in Japanese or confident in your google translation skills and relying on its accuracy your feedback might be limited but something to consider anyway

Writing answers in any language other than Japanese might get ignored since it wouldn't be from customers of the native market they want feedback on

If you want to just write simple answers like your favorite character's name and the name of the title vndb should help. Could also copy/paste the kanji of a certain staff member (director, scenario or character design)

Would be odd if they get a sudden surge of feedback forms so my suggestion would be to wait until at least February 23 when their new game comes out and you can either give your feedback on it or a past game of theirs you liked

I read through his post and if i am understanding it right, than https://vndb.org/v19320 will come out around winter and the CG collection (yeah one of his new projects is not a game) will come in autumm. Guess the rest will come 2019 or later. Its sad, but atleast realistic.

How is it possible that they wait a whole year to release the games when the four are practically 90% done ? And even more when the last game came out more than a year ago already.....

The realistic thing would be release one in April, the CG in September, another game in December and then the last two in 2019.

There have been a couple of decent netorare games released after 2015. But we are past the golden age of netorare when Elf existed, LiLiM and Lune were consistently releasing good netorare titles, Atelier Sakura was producing decent little titles and even minor companies like Autobahn were doing a decent job.

I played NTRPG 1 and 2 and I was extremelly disappointed by those games. After reading a lot of good things about them, I expected a whole lot better. Nanahaio was pretty good, though. But I can't get myself to play another RPG since I find the gameplay extremelly boring. I prefer to read VN.

As for Jinsei and the VN you linked, I've read and thought it was terrible. Pathetic MC and the makers failed to make me care about the MC's relationships with the other girls, so I felt nothing when the netorare happened over and over again. I don't enjoy Jinsei's VNs to be honest.

Oh, I wasn't aware of the ntr title LiLiM produced at the end of 2017. I'll look it up. Thanks for letting me know.

Thanks for the info, and going back to my previous question: in the begining i am given 4 choices in 2 selections, the ones for pronouns (i think it was boku and watashi) for the girl and the other that is POV, do you mean after beating the games (in both POV) i must play again a third time? also if so wich POV must i choose?

The pronoums dont change anything route-wise so to get every CG you only need to pick guy+girl POV and run every choice

Why is there so few NTR games that focus on the voyeur part? Voyeur scenes are usually too few and short.

Probably because if there are too many the game will shift from ntr to either cuckold at best or outright voyeur at worst losing all the ntr feelings, i mean if MC just keeps on seeing it and doing nothing is obviously because he likes it and for me that isn't ntr but cuckold....
