It's a bit random, but does any know anything involving Type A NTR with a bully? Not just someone the protag doesn't like, but someone who's really made him suffer and who he hates above anyone, with his love interest/girlfriend screwing the guy of her own volition.
It's fine if she's ignorant of the bullying so she doesn't know the situation and is only betraying the protag by cheating. Or she could know about it but be deceived by how nice the bully acts before her and how he plays down the bullying and behaves repentant around her and since she's attracted to him she convinces herself that he isn't as bad as the protag thinks and that it must be some kind of misunderstanding. Or she could know full well what the guy has done and what he's really like, but ends up letting him do her anyway, whether it's because she's weak-willed or discovers she's got a cruel streak she never knew about. Any of that is fine so long as it's not rape or coercion/blackmail. Since the vast majority of NTR like this centres on bullies raping the protag's girlfriend and making him watch for kicks, or having her sacrifice her body to protect the protag from the bullying (and ending up enjoying it), which isn't quite what I'm after.
It's hard to find stuff like this, though I have come a few over the years.

彼女の浮気現場 has the girlfriend being seduced by the protag's bully from highschool after he hid the truth of the bullying out of shame and she ended up thinking they were actually friends.
That last good NTR game from dieselmine
Sister Deprived has the same ignorance due to protag's shame, but with them still in school and the bullying being recent.
And of course the most obvious was the latest jinsei tuukoudome game
ヒダマリノキオク which most of you have probably played and features a mix of ignorance changing to deception after she finds out.
But outside of these I'm having trouble thinking of anything. I know these types of games don't appeal to all of us due to not everyone wanting to sympathise with a protag who a complete loser hetare who can't do anything about having his love interest NTRed, such as with ヒダマリノキオク. In that example I feel the author should have made more of an effort to explain how far the bullying went and have him flashback to at least one incident where he actually tried to resist or stand up to the bully only to be trampled down until his spirit was broken, so that the readers would understand that he had his confidence destroyed and been practically suffering from PSTD to the point that even the thought of fighting back was enough to make him freeze up. You get that impression of you read closely, but those who aren't paying as much attention may end up feeling the protag is just a loser coward who deserved to lose her.
Or maybe you just have to be predisposed to empathise with the victim of such cases from the start to get the proper effect....?
Has anything seen anything else at all like this? I'd really like to see more.
