But as twins. Ghosts maybe but I still would count that more as human, rather then pet really.

Oh no, this is a long dispute between me and Sammy as to why I won't allow pets, and he still don't understand it, hence why I need to give clarification. Whether he wanted to start his own ghost family, if someone joins, then I don't see why not.
