42653 This universe has many worlds which move towards the sky if theyre doing well and towards the abyss if theyre doing worse... Its possible to world jump if two worlds get close to each other and a warp appears~ There is the dark master in the abyss (bottomless) which creates the creatures but its up to the creatures themselves to get more powerful with whatever random abilities they got~ The lower worlds are infested by the shadows and upper worlds are relatively free from them except for when there is a powerful shadow that can withstand the light~ Anyhow theres gods which are sitting around in the sky watching for amusement and their cauldron has the ability to heal all the worlds but there is also a powerful darkness which is at the very bottom of the cauldron~ Anyhow these two are trying to get to the gods so they could request the power to oppose the dark master which basically killed the boy's family ;p Hmm i think that covered most of the bs i put here~ Theres about 3 other stories related to this universe around here which have their own characters which have ended up somewhere~

So basically it means you began writing this story (about boy and girl) long-long ago and fragments of it are scattered all over the place, or is it just that you were writing the stories about other characters from the same universe? Will you write a bs for why the boy has dark powers, the girl has light powers and how they met, or gonna leave it how it is for now?

42657 Hmm i have an idea for why the girl has light power but the boy got the dark powers because he was born in the abyss~ His parents were in a group hunting for the dark master and he was born in the darkness... had to survive the traps and creatures that filled the abyss alone so he learned to use the darkness and basically got knowledgeable enough about the abyss to escape into the worlds~

Down a overgrown path they walk~

42658 I see, so the boy was born in the clan of abyss which believed that light should exist along with darkness and do not oppose it... You said at 42635 "As the situation differed from when they were younger~ " so that would mean, the bs for girl and how they met is: she was born in clan witch was on friendly terms with clan of the boy, and so they, children of light and darkness were raised together. And for more fun: Their families have been fighting alongside each other when dark master eliminated them, leaving these two the only remaining members of the clans...
Half a day has passed from when they left the village. After giving the pair a map leading to a cave, the old lady passed away though yellow light have never left her body~

The boy's family was hunting for the dark master and trying to kill him off but they underestimated him (like the rest of the heroes that go into the abyss) and died off~ The boy just sort of met the girl after escaping the abyss and they took him in for a while~ The villagers later found out about his dark powers and chased him out but the girl followed him~

Hmm then whats the freeing of the familiar for xD

The yellow light gathered as an orb and floated deeper into the cave~

The freeing is for promise they made with granny, she told them that they can keep the familiar.

As the pair descended deeper and deeper into the cave it got colder as well~

as my heart gets ripped open i see the silver threads flow out and with them the memories i held dear wither into the dark.
as i walk through the swamp of despair on the verge of death i try to recall a promise from long past but as the threads of my memory have been desecrated i no longer have such hope.
before ive realized my knees are sunk into the black muggy liquid that has slowly crept its way towards me.
im sinking.

and on the verge of the end all i see it.

42667 Well, it either contradicts or not depending on when they took him in, but come on, it's the family of light, you think they wouldn't notice? Or if her family were normal people, she would fear him and normal families pick kids from the streets only in manga and anime. Well, anyway, we'll go with my version cuz I went with yours this far.

The girl drew power from the orb of light as the boy did from the shadows~
