"We are part of an organization among the worlds which tries to limit the spread of the shadows and destroy them if we can... but recently a couple dark lords have decided to try and take this world... we cannot possibly hope to win in battle against them considering how we have not even been able to get an accurate count on how many dark lords there are and the size of their forces... but all we know is that their forces can overwhelm ours in an instant... We have called for aid from other branches in this world but it seems that they are also under attack... Aid from brethren in the surrounding worlds seems to be the best option but it will take a while for them to arrive.. So now we ask you for aid as well... It will surely help us in this battle..."

Now a bit of history on the medallion~ One of thirteen rare ores found within the abyss~ The one you hold enhances the powers of fire and there are others which control the elements~ The one who collects the thirteen will have the powers of gods and be able to conquer the heavens... but there is a cost to wielding this power...
Gahh no time to change it =_= Ehh stick this in somehow i gtg...
