The rules right out state for you to have some kind of powers/abilities/etc. You'll fit right in. :)

While that is certainly true, it won't necessarily help your standings as the coolest in town :8

Also I could always make something more OP pretty easily just with a few seconds of creative writing:
FinalPyre - the final flame. The last fire that consumes all of mankind, and only extinguishes when the whole world is reduced to ash.

Well that sounds pretty lame but you get the idea. Sometimes the sun gets angry and destroys the earth, or something like that.
