The words were fine with me. It was only the animation/background where they showed text and had them speak at the same time that bothered me. I had to re-watch some parts because I didn't see the bg text in time.

This has gotta be the longest introduction I've ever seen, but Sam is here. Though you joined the same month as myself and, how many ours in a day is there in your timezone again...

Secondly, its been way overdue but I just recently started downloading evangelion, but after doing some reading up on it, I'm not quite sure what to get, there seems to be so many remakes or something. Wondering if I should just skip the first org series and go for the 3rd movie "Revival of Evangelion" Since from what I've gathered its the same thing only reedited\completed i.e. better.

My very first anime was "basically" Elfen Lied...however many different thoughts people have about that series. But it was my first, unless you count GITS the original. witch was in a time before I even got into anime so I dont rly count it.

I recommend watching the series first. If you live through that, then watch End of Evangelion. After that, you can watch the Rebuilds. It's better to go in order in how they were released so you have a better understanding of how the director wants to portray the characters especially Shinji.

Hmm... it's cool and all with the hybrids, but I like to read/watch things that portray what a ninja is supposed to be or do without all those power-ups.

I like Mushishi. So mystical, melancholy, and the main guy is so different from most protagonists.

I prefer highschool themes in VNs more because I can choose who the protagonist ends up with unlike the useless girl in the Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi anime.
