I need it from a specific community therefore, I'll start with that of the anime.
I'm trying to reach out to the 20%. I'm also trying to... unite the beautiful people (females only!) of this community to... share and express their care through the propagation of digital imagery on which they would be displayed. The more there is, the better it is for everyone.

It's like telling a kid to trust a stranger who drives up in a dark car with tinted windows and offers the kid ice cream if they hop in. Since you have no trouble just saying things like that, I should imagine you have no problem saying it to your own child as well. Just trust everyone regardless of circumstance. Sure.
Wait... so you want the pictures to promote some kind of online sisterhood thing? Well, that is a fairly decent cause but didn't you just say it was for educational purposes and technical information collection? Rather self-contradictory there, if you don't mind me saying so.
When I said that not everyone would have the requisite hardware/software, I meant that not everyone would be able to provide you with the high quality images you want anyway. To be frank, you're wasting your time asking for that here.

I will assume that you mean you would prefer pictures of subjects that are more visually appealing to you and hence prefer images of women. In that regard, I will say that no matter how appealing or attractive another person may be, if their personality was rotten their outward appearance would be just as rotten in my eyes. I am heterosexual but I really wouldn't care if my subject was a man or a woman. But of course, that's only my prerogative and your's is entirely different and one you are entitled to. So by all means, you are welcome to it. I ask however, that you do not assume we are of the same mind as I do not think my life would be 'better' either way.
I admit, we all must take risks in life. However, it is common, human sense to take risks to a reasonable extent and not to the point of utter foolishness. Brashness is often our own undoing and the reason why road accident rates are so high around the world, making driving among the top ten causes of death in the first place. We take risks, yes. But there is always a line which should not be crossed, a border of reasonableness which common sense should tell you to toe. Putting one's picture on the internet at the whimsical demand of an unknown person would be exhibiting the same level of reasonableness of a person gulping down a few drinks before getting behind the wheel and attempting to head home in the dark hours of the morning. I trust you would not do that as it endangers the lives of others as well as your own. Similarly, please do not expect others to do so as well.

Either that, or I have missed some explanation of yours how 'educational purpose', 'technical information gathering' and the 'unity of the community people' fall into conjunction. Forgive me for saying so but I fail to see how they can be legitimately related.

Risks are not always taken at a reasonable extent. Take for instance using your cell phone while driving. It is more dangerous that drinking and driving because your eyes are off the road (if your texting) yet, a lot of people actively do it or have done it. Why? Was the text message that important? Was someone hurt? No, it was probably to reply to a stupid text message like "What's up?" or something of that kind. It also endangers the life of many other drivers as well the person doing it.
It’s just to show that, even though you are not aware of it, most people do take foolish risks like I expect them to. You just cannot identify them as high risks but they are still very much risky. Are you telling me you never used your cell phone while driving? Regardless of your answer, my point still resides.
