I made It For myself but someone told me to release it because it is extremely useful,so for this release I added a bit of info for pro/newbies for "what does what"

To Play Open (AA2-AA2EDIT-QSM.BAT/EXE) iF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME RUNNING IT ON YOUR COMPUTER AND if you move the folder anywhere you'll have to repeat this step, (Press 4) to set install directory After this Either (press 7) if your on windows 10 or if your on windows 8 (press 8) Then once Your done just (press 1) to start the game ( You only have to do this when moveing the game files onto another computer) when it opens select "Play/Run With subs" Done.(Note:If Any graphical issues/slowdowns Please try to disable/enable windows 10 pacth) If any other Problems please read "NOTES" before commenting.

inside the main Artificial Academy 2 Folder their is a folder called cheats Inside is a program called ("ReiEditAA2" ReiEditAA2 is a Character/Save Editor for ILLUSION's Artificial Academy 2)For more info

When you Try to run ReiEditAA2.exe if It Gives An Error (This is just a bug) To Fix the issue Just re-install ReiEditAA2,to do this just search the Artificial Academy 2 Folder for ReiEditAA2 and this should popup "ReiEditAA2 0.9.4.2b_R2.rar" Copy it to the cheat folder(Or wherever you want it) And extract it and your done It Should work Properly now.If you cant find it by searching,below is the manual way.

#1st: Locate The folder "Utilities" inside "Other-Optional- Folder" Like below

*AA2(PORTABLE)ENG/Artificial Academy 2/Other-Optional- Folder/Utilities*


#2nd: now once your in the utilities folder, find ReiEditAA2 0.9.4.2b_R2.rar
and copy it to your cheats folder,then extract it.


Tip:To Use ReiEditAA2 locate the top Left corner click "File" Click load game saves
Your files are located in "Artificial Academy 2\data\save\class" Then select Your ".sav" file and press open all Your stats Of your students/teachers should popup Have fun! :)

I don't know if i'm the Only one having this problem, but when i go to the Editor the Face of the Characters are missing. Another Problem is i can see the "New Game" button, the "Load Game" button and the other ones but when i click on them, the boxes are Black and i can't do anything then.. Also the Background at the Start Screen is Black.
Does anybody have a Solution for that Problem?

if i am understanding your problem correctly it sounds like you need DirectX9.0c/Direct9,if The options are blanked out Please Try downloading It

Unfortunately,I can't see the the 3 pictures you posted error message "Invalid Attachment specified",maybe try a image hosting website like (https://imgbb.com/) Or any other website.Here is one more solution (you might want to try this fix last as it requires reinstalling the game,this is assuming you have not already deleted the Rar. of course)

1st:Locate the "AA2(PORTABLE)ENG.rar"

2nd:Right click the Rar, and select properties.

3rd:at the bottom of the box If you see something that looks like this (https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/delay/p/unblockingdownloadedfile/) "This files came from another computer and might...) Go ahead and click "unblock" then ok and Apply.

4th:And then extract the Rar like normal.



anyway Before I make anymore assumptions I need to see the issue.

I had a similar looking issue,all my characters where flat like a pancake and black :( . but i applied the windows 10 patch and it made it go away.I doubt its the actual game causing the issue , but the computer Itself that's causing the issue.

((Try disabling/enabling the windows 10 patch to see if their is any difference open AA2-AA2EDIT-QSM.exe and type 8 To disable or 7 to enable then press enter))


solution
1st : This is probably caused by you not having adequate hardware to run the game or by incompatible graphics drivers. Update your graphics drivers and/or reduce the game settings (System graphics settings as well) and disable the H/W Processing In both settings in the game(or even turning everything to low/off). If that doesn't help you have to upgrade your graphics card! Also If you have a AMD graphics card this is highly likely the issue

I'm sorry if i have wasted your time if these fixes do not work,I have 4 computers that i tested the game on and i never got this type of glitch this is really strange

#1st:this is most likely a windows 10 issue
try to disable/enable windows 10 patch as it causes issues, Depending if your On Windows 10 try this anyway.
open AA2-AA2EDIT-QSM.exe and type 8 To disable or 7 to enable then press enter

#2nd:It Sounds Like you did not change your Windows settings (Region settings to Japanese(Japan) Locale)
Try seeing if you did this step
search -->Control Panel--->Inside control panel search-->Region-->open Region inside select the above tab Administrative-->then "Change system locale"

#3rd:Try starting game with <SBApplocale> open AA2-AA2EDIT-QSM.exe press q then enter.

#4th:try this last open AA2-AA2EDIT-QSM.exe look for <Press 5> and follow the instructions
This will install Local emulator to your computer.

if i understand correctly You can see 3d models but they are laggy I had the same issue on "windows 8.1" the Solution is to (disable windows 10 support) change your game settings Which should be in "NOTES" /quick Help /then (SETTINGS) Or (Nividia Settings),this step is very important go to your start settings then search for "Control Panel"
Then in control panel type in "Power Options" Open it then make sure to select "High performance" This fixed the issue for me. Start up the game and the 3d models should be faster!:)

Did you do everything i instructed,did turning on High performance on your computer not work?,everything should work without you haveing to turn on windows 8/10 support in properties please revert the settings back to the way they where,did you mess with the game files?
