So, i took a better look at the dat files, it looks like it's not ascii, there are randopm japanese characters ehre and there and most of them seem to make no sense. My theory is that this is how their text is encrypted and to get an intelligible version we would have to reverse-engineer their exe, which i'm not capable of.
In addition there is the fact that even when running the game, in the gaidens and onward you get random letters if you don't run it with a locale emulator (so even changing the windows locale doesn't work). I think that is caused by part of their encryption and it is possible that we're only getting random symbols because of this. Unfortunately i don't know a way of running the decrypter through ntleas or other locale emulators.

I want it to be most highest detailed as possible (Even source tentacle species like in DMM and count number of sex etc.)

This will be the largest database and maybe we can use this project to specially talk with tinkerbell.

I can create graphic , edit and roughly gathering info (Also host the site) But I need your help on more advance thing like proofreading and correct the data.

I had the craziest Inyouchuu related dream last night.

Basically I was in Japan and the main area I remember is being in this big bright lit attic like room, with a huge bookshelf and desk on one end. I met four people who worked at TinkerBell and they all ended up speaking perfect English. One guy talked the most and I was so happy to be there. I discussed how troublesome and hard it is being an American fan of their works and was hoping he could be my special unique contact to help me get the more rare merchandise and items. He went to the bookshelf and handed me this huge paper that folded out and was blue blueprint paper for some reason, and was an image of Inyouchuu 1 era Mikoto in her schoolgirl outfit and then a bunch of words on the left... I think it was just notes on the sites I know about for importing and things. I told him that wasn't really helpful, I knew about these, and that it was a little outdated like the poster was from a few years ago.

I then started talking to them about Aojiru and the main guy who was talking ended up telling me he was Aojiru. I literally broke down in tears and fell to my knees, bowing before him and praising him. I specifically told him how much I love his girls and their designs, how much I love his pointy big defined nipples, and that I was so happy Mikoto was a schoolgirl since I loved schoolgirls. There was no shame or guilt talking about anything with them.

Well he eventually told me he wasn't actually Aojiru!? So that upset me.

We then went to the other side of the room, just me and this main guy and under a diagonally arcing little corner he had a small CRT TV and a Sega Genesis. For whatever reason it was the 90's. So we started playing Streets of Rage 2 and I was still talking about Aojiru and he finally asked if I wanted to meet him. Of course! I told him and he made it sound like no big deal. I asked him how old Aojiru was and he said 53, so then I told him I hope he never stops making art and asked what he was doing now... but the guy said he wasn't sure and that Aojiru's main job was being a chef cooking. I think he was going to call Aojiru and take me over to meet him.

I woke up around then. WTF?

Also I'm not sure if this is fragments of another dream or was somewhere in this one, as I've had one or two other business related TinkerBell dreams, but a plot twist to one of them is that I ended up finding out that Aojiru was a woman.

Dreams are weird. No surprise I'm always thinking about Inyouchuu though.

Also, if i'm not wrong Aojiru started working in the hentai industry around 2003/2004. If we assume it was his first serious work (usually manga artists start very early after a period as assistants) he might have been around 20, so now he would be some years over 30. Making this kind of illustrations also takes a lot of time(especially if you count all those character sprites with so many variations) and he's been releasing games fairly regularly so i doubt he could have a second work as chef... but why am I even arguing over a dream lol

Haha, yeah. It seems like Aojiru is very high up on the TinkerBell food chain, so I doubt he needs another job. Guess I just needed some sympathy for my favorite artist in my dream for some reason. XD
