I have experienced the motion that I have even though I'm not moving
It's a similar case when I ride MRTs a lot in singapore and when I come back home my body just feel like moving to the left or right

It`s probably some sort of vertigo. The fluid in your ears that controls your balance might be sensitive or might have a delay in returning to normal. So a bumpy ride would keep it shook up for longer. It happens to me too if I`m in the car for a few hours.

It`s still bad? Unless you have an ongoing condition, vertigo shouldn`t last for more than a few hours. You could have a cold and not realize it though. Are your ears stuffy? If they are, you could have some fluid build up. Nothing too serious, but it can make you dizzy.
