lol I went to the anime talk department and when I opened the spoiler the first thing I see is "Big breasts" talk... :(

It's actually the only big breasted character - and that in episode 14.
That's what the was for - took me by surprise.

EDIT: Did some quick research and rewrote the first sentence to bring the message across better.

Oh lol. Are there any twin tails and cool male protagonist? I don't like wimpy main characters >_>

Main female character has twin tails and none of the male leads is a wimp.
One could be called thoughtful, one is a bit emo, but pulls through if needed and the third one is just hardcore - when there's a vampire invasion wimpy people die. :D

Spoiler: Toshio

Toshio's wife got killed by the vampires - his reaction was to cool her for five days waiting for her to come back as a vampire. Once she did he started a battery of tests - including injecting various anaesthetics and pesticides into her, what she is scared of, how fast wounds heal and finally how to kill her. If you ram a stake through your wife's heart and leave a room filled with blood you don't really qualify as a wimp. ;)
