I read, Angel has some issues with his hand or something right? :3

Yeah, his wrist hurts lately very... Where then I did on you thought, because it's what what with your business connected is...

Tendonitis can be pretty annoying as it can return without any reason. Allowing it to rest it the best thing you can do. Use a wrist band/splint and reduce movement.

Ah., I see. Yea it very common for the pain to return. Did you overuse your wrist or stress in a way?

every day using AutoCAD & 3Max Studio for the making schematics for building's frame and re-style them in 3Max Studio working my wrists while pressing them many times at the edge of the desk plus using my other hand pressing Ctrl + C, R, V, many times after 20-30 minutes of work my hands become numb, i feel like many thousands of needles to piercing me and i can't continue to touch the mouse or the pen and when i home i use Bepathol cream and Mesulid pills (if the pain is at the maximum level)

Yea that can put a lot of stress on your wrist. With all of that it's only natural that you'll get it eventually.

i know but it's my work and i can't stop it's the only way to make money for my family my junior & Ellie.

I can't afford to stop working, i do wear wrists bands but that ain't ease the pain, i do some exercise and massaging from the elbow up to the wrist, i am always pressing them at the middle of the arm. This way many time the pain after 30-40 minutes is fading, when i use the cream and massaging them i can work for 3-4 hours without pain. But after that the pain come back and it also it started hurts me the upper of the wrists...

Yea, that's understandable. Ice packs do help to relieve the pain as well and make sure to keep up the exercise regularly.

How nice that the doc. of ASF called: Dr. Unown-kun here is...:goodtea:

As you know Ellie is a pathologist at the Hospital and my family has many friends doctors and one of them is Physiotherapist and he also told me to do exercise regular but if the pain kicks i might take and pills as well. But as you know those pills it's not for more than 7 days per month because can cause liver problems and the pills is the last measure for the pain. I will try out the ice packs as well! Thanks for the tip ;)

But really, you could the title additionally easily get, right? Just few semesters in the university then is it done...:goodtea:

It's a little more complicated than that unfortunately. I already looked into it a while back. It'd take me at least 4 more years to get that title. I don't feel like studying again for that long >_>
