This is just a metaphor. There is a company to which I'm an outsider but I'm willing to give away load of money to support it because I love it with all my heart. Then one of the leaders who has been sane until now has recently gone suicidal. He fired one of the best employees he can get and even he himself can't explain properly why he just did that. So every single supporter, including me, is now publicly wanting to chase him out.
Sorry about the long rant. This is not usually me. =P
Hmm maybe the leader is having problems? There might be some reason for his action that he cant say :/ Could he try to rehire the employee? If he fired the employee during a fit of madness maybe he could give his apologies and try to calm everyone...
That is correct! When you (the boss) don't see the same thing as 60,000 people see, you know something is wrong with you. If you don't know something is wrong with you, then something is seriously wrong with you.
The problem is, the higher-up has no reaction to this. This is like fighting a power-hungry dictator who insists to cling to his chair.
Hmm so is there random protests and the such against his actions? I feel there might be a personal reason involved with the firing of the employee... So is this just another corrupt uncaring company in the end? :/
Hmm nopes. Dont watch any sports usually. My cousins got me to sit through half an hour of american football today (something about the last game of the season? idk)
